I am a Jesus follower. I seek to model and encourage vital faith in Jesus that finds expression in service to the community and world. Through immersion in Scripture and attention to the Holy Spirit, I am on the journey of aligning my life with that of Jesus and enjoying the companionship of others on the way. I pray constantly, read voraciously, and ride my bike exuberantly.

I am from McMinnville, OR. I went to George Fox University for my undergraduate work and North Park Theological Seminary for my masters.  The last two years I have been a Resident Director of Ohlson Dorm at North Park University where I was doing a full time college ministry.  I love working with young people.

I was born and raised in Oregon.  Graduated from the U of Oregon, Married with 2 teenage children.  Served as missionaries in Kenya and in the Philippines. My hobbies are golf and tennis.  Enjoy being a part of a men's group and leading small group Bible studies.
